UNABLE TO RECEIVE CALLS AND SMS

I was sorting out my mobile on Friday 12 April 2024; and I accidently barred my mobile from receiving phone calls and sms's.

I called Vodacom twice and I am still unsuccessful. The details they gave me does not work; and since I am unable to dial Vodacom help line as well. Tells me the number does not exist.

Please help! I need to have my line working to receive phone calls as I am unemployed, as Vodacom knows that.

Good morning, please note that NO ONE is able to call me, so not sure how your consultant will call me... Sadly I only have this one vodacom number

Can your technical team not reset on the server or whatever needs to be done so I can receive calls and sms??
