Unable to provide an ITC number
I had my cellphone ******, I reported it the same afternoon by phoning the 111 number, the lady told me that she couldn't give me an ITC number, the system was probably down. Then I went later that afternoon to the Vodacom shop in Sandton to have a new SIM card and try to get the ITC number. Same story, the system could be down because the system doesn't return an ITC number. But they said that they will log a case to get my problem fixed. Monday afternoon I call Vodacom to know if they can give an ITC number as I have received any information, and once again I had to (re) blacklist my phone, but this time I didn't have the ITC number with me, then they cannot do anything... Then I blew a gasket, how can't you have on the system those information already stored saying that I have been trying to blacklist that phone for 3 days now, this is where you understand that nobody cares anymore in any company, no one is ready anymore to do the extra mile to satisfy a customer. The that same afternoon I want to Vodacom in morningside mall on Rivonia road, the guy there was very confident that he will get that ITC number for me, when he tried to print the ITC number, he told me the mail hasn't come yet he will send it to me my SMS. I effectively received an SMS the next morning with no ITC number. The system doesn't provide it.
It is thursday now and it seams that no one by Vodacom looks like caring about my problem, they might to busy chasing money. We all know that this all blacklisting story is **** as a ****** phone can be reused in the country without any problem. But Police needs it and insurance as well.
I want to know: - When Vodacom will decide on fixing my problem? - How Vodacom can monitor their employee to insure when they are doing a job, they finish it? - When will blacklisting be correctly implemented and not used for statistics?
Thanks,
Philippe.
