unable to process my claim

I had a problem with vodacom insurance on April 2017 but fortunately everything was sorted out and I called them on 10/08/2017 just to check the status of my policy because there was no debit order for vodacom then they said my policies was inactive but I must pay R180 for the reinstatement of my policy, I paid R180, I called them again to let them know that I've paid they said I still owe R78 and I must send the proof of payment is did. Last week the handset was lost (27/09/2017) then I called so I can claim the lady I spoke to said I must pay R80 again before processing the claim, I told her to sms me the banking details which she did, I then paid and send proof of payment. I called after paying on 28/09/2017 for the claim I spoke to Matshidiso then she said my claim can't be processed because on July a debit order bounced I explained to her the whole story then she hangup, I called again and spoke to Sizwe Mazibuko then he said I cant claim because their policy doesn't allow clients to pay with deposits only debit orders are valid, I asked him why was i told to do the deposit knowing very well that it's just the waste of my time he said he will call me back buto he did not call, I called again on Friday and told Sylvia to tell Sizwe to call me and he called and said they will give me my money back, i asked him why should be paid back if i was given assurity that ill be cover, i then requested to talk to his manager because everything was about manager this and that, he said he will tell the manager to call me on Saturday(30/09/2017). The manager haven't called me as yet and I called today(05/10/2017) and he told me that a higher official said that I can't be covered based on the same reasons and the manager didn't bother to call me.
