Unable to obtain smart watch on contract

I extended my contract in April 2024, and as part of the contract, I wanted to get a new smart watch as well. This was done at my local Vodacom shop.

A month after I received my new phone, I still did not get my watch due to high value stock still being waited on for delivery.

Eventually the local shop advised that my watch has arrived, only to realise that they ordered the wrong watch, because the one that I wanted is no longer being sold. The original price was R29 for 24 months, but the new one is R129 x 25 months, but the same watch in the booklet is R119 x 24. The quote I got is for longer and more expensive. The store was also unable to get me the watch at the advertised price. That was on 27 May. On 5 June, I queried again with the shop, and they were still unable to get me the watch at the advertised price.

Today I tried to get the watch through the call centre, but that is Mission Impossible... Customer Service cannot help me, I have to speak to Online Sales, they also cannot help me because I have already upgraded my contract.

Looks like no-one is able to assist me, and all I want is a smart watch to go with my new phone.
