Unable to get invoice for DATA purchased

I purchased data for tutors on their Vodacom numbers - I am going to be purchasing data for a number of tutors who use Vodacom. It is VERY important that i receive an invoice for each purchase. I have tried in vain through the Vodacom customer services numbers, through their website, Tobi and Facebook to obtain an invoice for data purchased. The consultants on Facebook advises that I should obtain itemised billing. I need invoices for data purchased for each of the numbers but am not successful in getting an invoice for the purchase. I don't need the itemised billing as these are not my numbers. Other networks has provided within minutes of the purchase. Why don't Vodacom want to issue invoices. I need these to clear the purchase on the institute’s system. Please help! Thank you kindly

Reviewer Update
Dear Vodacom
I beg to differ. My problem has NOT been resolved.

Unable to get invoice for DATA purchased
In response to the review that I posted on Hello Peter, a gentleman called me yesterdayfrom Vodacom. He advised that Vodacom does not supply invoices for data purchased. I was rather surprised to the response, especially in today’s day and age when invoices are required in companies, institutes, organisations, anywhere where finance needs to be structured and recorded. What surprised me more was when he added that it does not mean because I posted to Hello Peter he is going to click a finger to my request. I ask you respectfully, how professional is Vodacom for your staff to make comments of this nature? Instead of solving my problem, I was presented with an arrogant and defensive threatening response.
I ended the call as the man from Vodacom was not interested in making ANY effort to assist.
How is that going to solve my query. What am I expected to do, when all the platforms which I mentioned above did not want to help me. I had to approach a platform where I MAY be helped. This is not working out either.
VODACOM : Highly unsatisfactory service PARTICULARLY the undignified response from your consultant
