Unable to get into Internet and face book, for wee

Are there perhaps other People with Black Berry phones and BIS having problems to connect with FB or the INTERNET???<br> I phoned my Service Provider (VODACOM), there is nothing wrong on their side or with my phone Settings. This has been going on for weeks again and always happen the last week of a month. I have been making note of this.
