unable to get insurance cancelled

I have tried numerous times to cancel the insurance of a tablet on a vodacom contract. Its been many ears I have been paying ensurance on a device I don't even own anymore. ********** isca useless number.. I am holding on for 3 hours now. The 082 111 number they transfer me then drop it... vodacom help descs advise me to log a complaint because they cannot help me... its ridiculous actually.... its theft!
