Unable to get help with port in

I am trying to port into vodacom under prepaid but I got a sms back saying Your port request ***VODASP*** has already been submitted. This is a old port request I think of last year that didn't go through I tried speaking to your port department asking to to cancel that request so I can resubmit the New port request but no one is able to help me it's like vodcom doesn't want customer I'm very disappointed
