unable to get correct imformation

I was on debt review and was in arrears but as of January this year have been out of debt review and have paid off Vodacom completely. I went to Vodacom shop in Norwood to try and apply for a contract but I was refused as they said I was still on debt review. I took them my clearance certificate but still no luck. I phoned legal department this morning and I was assured that my name was in the clear and I should go ahead and apply. I went back to Norwood and we tried again (the lady Tudu was very helpful) but again I was refused.<br> I find it very frustrating to be told different things by different people. <br> I have a clearance certificate to prove it. I went back and forward to Norwood today only to be rejected.<br> The only thing unpaid is my bond which after the end of debt review reverts back to normal with out paying it off. People don't seem to have the faintest idea about these things.<br> MY financial situation has changed and am in position to hold a contract again.<br>
