Unable to get a copy of contract
<p>I started requesting a copy of my contract to be email to me about 3 month ago and with more that 30 calls to vodacom, I still have not received a copy of the contract.</p> <p>The query has been escelated and closed more that twice.</p> <p>Everytime the reprisetitive say that they will get back to me and i have not received one call back from vodacom.</p> <p> </p>

Thank you for your quick reply on this post but it is almost a week later and still have not received a call from vodacom after i have called 3 times to vodacom customer care and each one tell me they will call me back, one of them even promised to call me back!
I have 22 days left to have the screen repaired by samsung then my 2 year wananty expires!
