Unable to Exchange/ Refund Factory Fault Product
Hi,
With reference to the response from Consumer Website Team from Vodacom “Please note that the feedback we received from the store is that the product was brought into the store damaged thus they cannot cannot exchange a damaged product.” I hereby confirm that the product was damaged when I had bought it from the Vodacom Atterbury Value Mart Pretoria Store but I only realized that when we I was opening the package of the product and plugging it to use that it had glue like in the inputs. It was in a closed package and the store did not even open it to check if it’s in order/ test it so how do they confirm that it was damaged by me? And I confirm that it was not damaged by myself, clearly it was a factory fault.
So as a customer I must take the fall and loose the money that I had spent. I would never ever buy from any Vodacom store as you treat your customers like they are nothing, you don’t even value your customers at all. You just think about your profits only.
I want my refund and if I don’t not receive it, I will go to the consumer ombudsman as they will assist me.
