unable to dial out even emergency 112 not working

Vodacom down?!?!?<br> SAPS parklands sucks!<br> 12 o clock at night and I cannot even dial 112 (emergency line) to get hold of the cops because these A-holes behind us at 24 Helmsley Crescent have been shouting and singing since this evening!<br> After Rudi went outside to ask them to quiet down (which they couldn't hear Rudi shouting) Rudi and I literally had to DRIVE down to Parklands police station, once we arrived, the trellidor was closed, no vehicles outside, I said \hello\" and eventually a head popped up, this was at 00:07... gave them the complaint and we're still waiting for something to happen!!!<br> #vodacom<br> #parklandsSAPS<br> #parklands Police!"
