Unable to contact Vodapay

I have trying to speak to someone at Vodapay regarding a query. I called the number *** following all the different voice prompts. I eventually speak to someone who tries to put me through to vodapay and because I can't through. He gives me the number I dialled and then explain that's the number I have been dialling and that I have been trying for close to an hour with no luck he turns around that it's not his problem and I am attacking him. I was simply explaining my frustration that I can get through.
