Unable to contact vodacom 0

Since the beginning of September I've been trying to call vodacom main office (as I've taken a contract through game and all queries have to be directed to vodacom directly) and as always they have a high volume of calls. And I must try later. I've been calling customer service and today the manager at game Richard's bay gave me the cancellation number. How lucky am I I cannot get through using a vodacom number but I can get through with my cell c number. However the cancellation number also had a high volume of calls. Vodacom is very busy. So I went onto the website to get an email address. Which doesn't exist.

I would appreciate if the CEO contacts me so that i can give him my piece of mind.
