UNABLE TO CANCEL MY VODACOM VIBRE CONTRACT

Trying to cancel my contract with Vodacom after continuous bad service has been a nightmare. A consultant by the name Zama Gumede has been assigned my issue but refuses to get back to me, even after numerous attempts to get hold of him. He sent me a quote that I owe them R2000 on a R599 contract after giving a 30-day notice to cancel a month to month contract with Vodacom. This is really frustrating I am utterly appaled at the way Vodacom treats their customers. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
