Unable to cancel my contract even after 6 months since the 24 months of contract has ended

I am so tired of the bad service I am receiving from vodacom. I have been trying to cancel my contract with vodacom since July 2020 till now my contract is not cancelled. I am told that my contract will be cancelled within 24 hours and I will receive a confirmation of cancellation everytime I make a call but I never receive anything. I have since cancelled the debit order and I am told that I cannot be assisted since my contract is now in areas.
