Unable to Cancel a Vodacom Contract!
I have been trying to contact anyone at Vodacom to cancel my account for over 2 months. There are no email addresses provided to assist or does a consultant ever answer a call when its for cancellations. The numbers dont exist and all email addresses have been conveniently removed!
I am not in the country and want to change my contract to a pay as you go sim. Good luck ever getting help from Vodacom

I finally made contact with an amazing consultant who was able to swiftly address my questions and concerns. Even though I was on hold for 35 minutes her professionalism was amazing.
