Unable to cancel a contract
The difference between a marriage contract and a Vodacom contract is that you can still get out of a marriage contract!
On 14 June 2017 we sent the cancellation contract along with the required documentation to Vodacom. We were still being billed in July. We were then told that the contract was cancelled just to discover a R4,000 deduction in August!!!! We then tried to report the matter and no one is getting back to us.
