Unable to assist with contract phone repair

<p>I currently have a contract with Vodacom for an iPhone 4s. The screen recently cracked, I therefore sought the assistance of a Vodacare store in Port Shepstone to repair it (as I am still in contract). They informed me that they will be unable to help me and that I should go an iStore. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is, I feel, unacceptable as I am still a customer of theirs and they should assist me in all ways possible and secondly they advertise that they do infact repair phones why turn me down so easily? false advertising? </p> <p> </p> <p>Please advise on how to go about sorting this out OR is this the sort of after sales service that a customer must come to expect from Vodacom? </p>
