unable to assist with anything, as long as they debit your account they will never help you, cancel your debit order immediately
I Was Due for a phone upgrade which i did, the phone never came and still hasnt come and guess what still has come and guess what still hasnt come. i recommend everybody cancels the their debit orders with vodacom
