unable to apply for a contract at Vodacom

I have app**** for a contract at Vodacom TRADE ROUTE MALL AND THE RESPONSE I GET BACK IS THAT I AM UNABLE TO apply for ANOTHER CONTRACT PHONE \unfortunately they cannot increase your credit portfolio"as this was told to me BY ZAKERA PATEL AT TRADE ROUTE MALL"
