Unable to activate Mobile Data on Apple i-watch

I bought a 5 series i-watch from the Apple shop in Centurion mall on Thursday 11 June 2020. I was assisted in the shop to do the pairing and set-up with my phone. All went well until we landed on the Vodacom screen where the watch's mobile data need to be linked with the phone. A message came up on the phone saying: "This function is not available for the selected customer. Please contact the main account holder." I phoned the business red customer care and they said I had to send a permission form, a letter on a company-letterhead and the ID of the main account holder giving me permission to activate my i-watch on my account. This was done and I continued phoning and logging calls. My service requests were closed numerous times without being resolved. I can conclude that Vodacom does not know how to activate Mobile Data on an Apple watch on a business package. I do not know what to do to anymore.

I received a mail tonight saying there is no reason why it should not work. Problem is it doesn't and nobody contacted me to find out before closing my service ticket again and again.

Is there nobody higher up in Vodacom that can assist I am making no progress with the Vodashop or the VBS team on e-mail? I do not know what to do anymore. Vodashop wants me to sign forms again to be able to purchase products and activate services. I already received an SMS to say I am permitted to do that. I also have a secondary sim activated. Honestly, it's ridiculous we pay Vodacom R22 000pm and nobody is willing to help??
