Unable to access mail & Internet

I have problems in accessing my mail and internet. Internet access goes down numerous times per day. When at family or friends houses other side of town, things work, but not at home. Spend over 30 minutes with Vodacom yesterday and problems persist. Staff is not able to sort problems out.<br> I am so sorry I took this contract with Vodacom, I can kick myself. I should have stayed with Telkom DSL. I never had any problem with them in their support.
