Un resolve Matter & Poor Service

Disappointed, August i visited Voda World in Midrand as my contract has ended. I was using Techno i was due for new phone, as i have been regular client for Vodacom. I meet this Guys by the name of Kgomotso he insists me and force me to take Techno i thought it was a new model and with more space. What a bad experience he insists for me to go home with the same Techno. The following day i took the very same phone back to the store it did not help me. Kgomotso was chasing sale not making me happy. The following week i reserve a call from Vodacom online by the name of Nkosi Nothando Nxumalo calling with *** promising to assist me and helping me. He has made this case too difficult unsolved (I told him i need something less and not expansive i don't work before i use to pay R500.00 i will effort R300.00) He has delivered the phone but under my husband Name and prepaid phone. What a mess i have seen from Voda World. Honor 200 Lite 256 Gigs R309 Monthly Calvin Letswalo has been assisting us since the begging of this case until today he is the best Consultant indeed he is trying to resolve this matter; the case is still unresolved. Can Vodacom come and collect this phone i cannot go on like this, Since August until now up and down with my petrol, time and everything.
