Un-contactable Vodacom customer agents.

I would like to complain about vodacom's customer care line. We used to be able to call 082135 and be able to speak to an agent and have hopes that our queries will atleast be resolved. But now we are unable to speak to an agent and therefore our queries can not be resolved promptly.
