Un-blacklisting phone.
My phone was ****** on the evening of 28 January 2016. The next morning, 29 January 2016, I called Vodacom to block the sim card as well as to blacklist the phone. The same day the phone was found and the following morning, 30 January 2016, all the necessary forms to un-blacklisting the phone were completed at the Vodacom Shop at the Reds Mall in Centurion.

According to the Vodacom Shop at the Reds Mall it would take a maximum of 72 Hours to un-blacklisted the phone. 9 days later, the phone is still not un-blacklisted and I sent them an email. This was after numerous phone calls to Vodacom asking them what is going on.

On 10 Feb I received an sms saying that the call is closed even though my phone was still not working... Useless... Ref S3-GM93Q-QU508

On the 23rd of February I emailed them yet again after no change. Yet again I phoned Vodacom numerous times where I was told to email them.

It is 25 February 2016 and the phone is still not working and I have not received any feedback whatsoever. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!
