UN-BLACKLISTING OF MOBILE DEVICE

The device does have a signal but doesn't have any connectivity. It can't make or receive any calls on the Vodacom network, it only shows emergency calls, for instance in the case of blacklisting! The device is originally from the Nashua Mobile era, which might be the reason it does not appear on the Vodacom data base. Maybe some other path/method needs to be explored. Is it not possible that it is network blocked after it was blacklisted and has to be placed back on dual band - technicians at Lydenburg and Head office have tried manually to select Network Vodacom, but it does not allow the network! In the past the technician at Vodacom Shop Lydenburg had a similar problem that was reported to them whereby a client un-blacklisted a device but could only make and receive calls on the MTN Network!

Please assist me with this rather annoying problem!

Regards

Tom Middleton
