Un-authorised twinning of mobile phone

So why does Vodacom let someone twin my cell phone thereby allowing ABSA bank to transfer money out of my bank account? This happened on the night of the 19th of Sept 2015 through to the 20th Sept 2015 and without my permission. I had no idea this had happened until the Bank told me.
