*****ulent Vodacom Connect Account - Refusal to Cancel is Draining a Student's Funds

am a student and a victim of a *****ulent Vodacom Connect account opened in my name.A monthly debit order of R380.00 (with a max of R570.00) is being taken from my account. The debit order reference number is 355B***.

I have tried to resolve this, but Vodacom's service has been appalling. A live chat agent wrongly claimed 'CONNECT' is not a Vodacom product. I was later referred to the ***** Department by the Twitter team, but I am still without a resolution.

This is causing me severe financial stress. I demand that Vodacom:

1. Immediately cancel this *****ulent account. 2. Refund all the money taken via this debit order. 3. Provide me with written confirmation of the cancellation and that I have zero liability.

Vodacom, your systems have failed. Your HelloPeter team needs to intervene and fix this now

And I've also opened a case with capitec and ******** and plan on making a call with a ***** line tomorrow morning. Im going to show you flames
