Vodacom opened a *****ulent cellphone contract with someone online using my details , I submitted everything they asked of me to clear my name ,now they quite their ***** dept number just rings to voicemail always ,I tried calling their managers keep on saying they have done an internal escalation which they lie because that is all they always say all the time ,now credit score is affected of all this been sending emails no response my case number EC-1TWV-17WOW4 my cell number is *** I'm going to follow up with my lawyers if this is not sorted in 24 hours
