I received many sms's confirming an order I never made. I even received a debicheck acceptance for a parcel I didn't order!!! What's even more frustrating is that each time I call in, I'm sent from pillar to post and get no assistance. Going into a shop didn't help me either because they advised that they cannot assist on an online query. Vodacom is the worst company I have ever come across!!!! I still have had no ****** assistance!!! They will be hearing from my lawyers soon!!!
