*****ULENT UPGRADE OF CONTRACT
Vodacom upgraded and extended my contract without my permission, and when I tried to contact them telephonically, I was requested to call ***. Why is Vodacom using third-party companies to *****ulently upgrade contracts? They are not even accessible through email, and now I have to deal with a company that I did not enter into a contract with in the first place.
