*****ulent Upgrade
I'm so fuming and furious right now because of Vodacom. I so hate this service provider, they talk about POPI Act but they don't apply that at their Vodacom shop. I have a situation were someone went to a vodacom store at greenstone and did a *****ulent Upgrade on my number without my concern. The upgrade was done on the 9th of July, and on the same day I have found an email for Quotation for upgrade, and immediately I called customer care and that vodacom shop. The problem I have now they said the matter has been escalated to ***** department since the 9th of July until now its end of the month nothing has been done, I did send the Documents they want they told me it will take 14 days which is 2 weeks now, no one has called regarding my account from ***** department, and now I will be liable to for something I don't have. Vodacom is **** I want to cancel all my contracts!!!!!
