*****ulent Upgrade
Hi. I was checking balances for data and airtime for the new month and I don't understand them. I called upgrades now to check if an upgrade was recently done and they confirmed I did one on the 13th of November which is incorrect, of an iPhone 17 Pro Max. I don't even have that phone right now. I recall when enquiring from my *** number that I'd think about it and come back once I had made up my mind. I was interested in upgrading to an iPhone for a while now. The only upgrade I did was on the 16th of November 2025 for an HP laptop with data, allocated a *** number. I'm so frustrated because I wanted to upgrade since May this year, my main number that is. Fees were adjusted a while ago by retentions when I considered cancelling and I was told by a nice gentleman CJ, to wait for prices to drop which I listened to, when the wait was over I was told again to wait for Black Friday. It made sense at that time because I had an iPhone in mind that I wanted to pay reasonable for. November came, that phone was no longer available as they had new models. So I waited all these months for absolutely nothing. Please let me know if I can finally upgrade or not. But what is top of my mind, is the *****ulent upgrade that took place on the 13th, please investigate that. I can't be held liable for this as I'm unaware. I was just referred to legal, not sure for what and when I call them, the number keeps cutting. Please help me, I can't accept this kind of service from Vodacom.
