*****ulent selling
We have been waiting months now for feedback. My wife was advised over a recorded line that she can upgrade after 24 months. We spoke to the ignition group who is handling this.
We were escalated to the manager and i have sent them all proof of mails and discussions that we did not want a 36 month contract. This is after my massive struggle in cancelling my contract. They blatantly **** on a recorded line. We want to permanently end our relationship with vodacom immediately. Both of us are 20 years plus clients.
