Vodacom online upgrade division phoned me for an upgrade to which I agree on a cellphone no that nobody used.When we finished the call she upgraded my son's personal cell phone no which he have been unable to use since the call.... when I explained the problem so many weeks later his life ofb15 years phone service with authentication codes that cannot be sent no phone calls can be done or received her only advise was to sent my now upgraded computer cause she did not tell be the package would only be in use for 4 months my IT guy informed me when I ask him to set up outlook for my mails so I had to purchase a package for R2500 which I had to do as I would be blocked within 4 months. Now containing my personal files have to be sent back with the modem to fix up the mistake the sales person did.I can solve your problem if you sent the laptop and modem back....is all I hear.The more I explain about their laptop ***** and the money layer out the more this is how they will sort me....will you sent your laptop with your personal details and package bought Mr Director if you were in my shoes cause that is how your staff are trained.That is their solution I want cell phone line o76 *** opened up I do not care how......I am willing to return the modem but not my upgraded laptop ....I have been a customer for many years and I have never been so disappointed in their service.......my son went to the Vodacom shop in Springs mallband had to bite the bullet.you got your part of the deal and I got much more than I bargained for.....Pls tell your customers about the 4mnth trial package cause that you did not mention.
