*****ulent sales from vodacom

I had someone call me during the week and tell me about a month to month additional line that they will be adding on my contract, vodacom is giving discounts to existing contract owners so instead of paying R220 it will be reduced to R180 and the contract structure will change to month to month, I can cancel at anytime, I repeated what she said and she agreed that this is truthful, I was then transferred to a manager who verifies sales, I repeated what I said and she just kept quiet and agreed, now all of a sudden my existing contract has increased by R200!!!! Is vodacom kidding me, this is ***** and you are keeping quiet, this is disgusting I will not keep quiet and I will reverse all the Debit orders until this **** is resolved!!!!
