*****ulent Fibre order

Once a year in January a *****ulent Fibre order gets allocated against my name. This year even a different address for installation. The admin and time to report this then is just so frustrating. Your personal info is NOT SAFE. They are more ******* than government as when lodging with their *****, they refer you to Sales. But Sales refuse to assist as ***** issued case nr. All in writing these idiotic requests from them !!
