*****ulent fibre application submitted without my consent

Vodacom4u in Durban is a ****..One of their stores submitted a fibre application in my name without my consent. The person responsible had access to my personal details, which has made me feel extremely unsafe because they appear to have my address and banking details. They even went as far as forging my signature. When I confronted the store about this, the owner, Yousuf Patel from the Vodacom4U store in Durban, refused to give me the contact number of the sales agent who submitted the application. This has made me believe that the owner and the employee may be working together in this *****ulent activity. The name of the sales agent listed on the application is Preena, but the store is refusing to allow me to speak to this person. This situation is very concerning because it involves ***** and the misuse of my personal information, which is seriously compromising my safety.
