We have sent many e-mails, had many phone calls, had many in-shop discussions. We have logged a previous review with the promise an agent will contact us. Nothing. Vodacom and their marketing partners are offering *****ulent deals to their customers. People please be aware! They are aware of this and yet are doing nothing. I think our next step is for Carte Blanch to investigate as we are not the only customers that this has happened to.
