I was upgraded without my consent and when calling cancellations I am told that the query is being escalated but nothing is done. I have not received any response in over 22 days. I have called 4 times since 1 October when I received an SMS informing me that my contract was upgraded (without my permission). I will now be debited on a contract I NEVER agreed to!!!
