*****ulent. On the phone they help you cancel contracts without sending you confirmation, time after time(they keep saying you will receive confirmation from them but you don't). The result is they keep running the debit orders of cancelled contracts.

When you stop paying them, they hand you over to legal. Trying to sort this out doesn't help - You will never get through on the phone to the correct department to deal with your account issues, ever. You will however get messages from their debt collectors to pay them back to de***** you to pay them back the cancelled contract moneys, which you do not owe them, but they owe you, for they debited monies after you cancelled expired contracts.
