Vodacom is the pits!!! I would like to formally report an incident of suspected ***** involving my cellphone contract. I recently discovered unauthorized activity on my account.

This issue came to my attention when I inserted my contract SIM card to check the remaining balance, as my contract is set to end in March 2025. To my surprise, the SIM card was no longer active. This raised immediate concerns, prompting me to investigate further. Upon checking WhatsApp, I found that my SIM card was registered under a business account named “IT Solutions.”

I visited your Nigel branch today to seek clarity on the matter. After inquiries, I was informed that an individual from the Vereeniging branch upgraded my contract in early December. This person reportedly used their ID number and signed on my behalf.

I am deeply concerned about how this could happen while I am still paying for my contract, yet someone else was able to use their details under my name. I demand a full investigation into this matter, including the review of footage from the Vereeniging branch to identify the person responsible for this *****ulent activity.

As this issue directly affects my finances and personal information, I insist on urgent resolution. I will not accept liability for any unauthorized changes or charges to my account.
