*****ulent activity on account

I had a laptop contract with Vodacom, this contract also had data for 2 sim cards, two laptops that came with 2 headsets, two routers, and two keyboards.I know I made calls with one sim card and went over the limit, this left me owing R3000 but now the account is at R7000 and I stopped making efforst to pay because I have been calling vodacom to ask about how did that money turn into R7000 within the same months. I have no response. I called notifying them of the sms I kept getting smses that a device will be delivered on an address in Midrand so The y cancelled the delivery at Ram courier on;y for that delivery to be made in Qhebega few weeks later. I tried to stop it and email ***** department, I never got a response to this day but my account reflect a hand set device which I do not have. This reflects badly on my credit record.
