*****ulent activity at Vodacom Alberto

Good day I have a problem with Vodacom Alberton. First of all there was ***** in my account, they gave somebody an iPhone and the watch using my account. Now I just discovered that I'm paying a lot of money because they put me on a VIP package without my knowledge, that I only discovered that when I requested a statement on the 4th of may. I told them I want to be removed from that package because I'm not even working and it was done without my knowledge for them to benefit I really need help because I'm told I can only change it in March next year. I'm traumatised.
