*****ulent activity

I was charged for an item which I did not use and immediately sent back to Vodacom . The item was collected by a courier which was actually sent out by Vodacom. After cancellation Vodacom charged me an enormous amount for a contract and item which I did not use at all . Did not even open the packaging before returning it and phoning to cancel. Totally unacceptable , consider it *****ulent since I am being charged an enormous amount .
