*****ulent accounts

A *****ulent account was opened with Vodacom without my knowledge and only to find out during pay day they was a debit order. Called Vodacom and submitted all the necessary documents, got an email that confirmed the receipt of the email. They also indicated that it's will take about 7 to 14 working days to complete the investigation. Till this day no feedback of the investigation. Made a follow up and had to resend the email.
