*****ulent account

I received a call from Vodacom customer service on the 20th of February informing me that they are suspecting a *****ulent activity under my identity and the consultant confirmed that they will stop the order. I visited the Vodacom shop in Kolonnade mall the following day to find out more about this issue and I was advised to submit an affidavit and that they will flag the account. A few days later I was debited on my bank account and I have since submitted the required documents and it is a mission to even contact Vodacom since I do not even have a Vodacom number and when I finally get through I am asked to confirm the package that I took before they can assist me with following up on the status of the query as if I would know. I don't know how Vodacom can manage to alert me on their suspicions and continue to process the order but I just request that my name be cleared while Vodacom deals with its gaps/failures .

You only called me but the query is ongoing and I was debited again and it is still a mission to get through to you since I do not have any vodacom number. I submitted all supporting documents and I was told I will receive a refence number but I received nothing. infact, nothing has been done 17 days later after your call.
