*****ULATNY TRANSACTION ON MY VODACOM ACCOUNT

I have an amount of R154.97 on my Vodacom account that states Entertainment service : Apple Appstore. Now, I have not subscribed to any app, game or any Apple service, yet this amount started showing on my account since April 2022. I have spoken to my data supplier Vodacom and they cannot find any subscription to this mysterious amount of R154.97. The lady from Vodacom support office was very helpful but could not resolve the problem. Vodacom, tried to cancel this subscription but to no avail, because it is an Apple Appstore subscription. Vodacom indicated that it shows a Iphone 4 transaction? I do not have a Iphone 4 or any other apple device. I also visited IStore in Centurion and they assisted me to open my account, and their is nothing purchas3d on my account. Therefor I sent an email to Vodacom to try and resolve this, because to me it is clear that avodacom *****ulently allowed this purchase. If ai subtract this amount f4om my account Vodacom threatens to suspend my *** paid over the last 2 years for something thatI did not purchase. Please can you assist me in resolving this and get a refund from Vodacom. Account no : I***-3 I suspect that my account has been *****ulently used for someones else purchase.
