uipgrade phone not working

I received a Nokia 530 upgrade phone In the first week in August- phone never worked- went to the repair centre and was told the wrong size sim was given Tried new sim - phone still did not work- went to repair centre again-spoke to agent to have phone collected- still no collection, I have tried numerous e-mails , phone calls to all the numbers- spoke to all available operators- all promised to help, I am without a phone for 1 month-cannot receive and make calls- quite desperate to have this resolved. All I need is for the phone to be collected -the upgrade to be cancelled and a new contract to open.!!
